My name is Emery. I have known about my celiac disease for about half my life. I remember going to the assistant principal every day after lunch, saying that my stomach hurt. After a few weeks, my teacher saw me in the nurse's office, and they thought somthing was up. My teacher said somthing like, "You have to stop going to the nurse's office every day." After school she told my parents and they took me to the doctor. We did a test and found I was diagnosed with celiac. It was hard adjusting to the new food and all, but it was fun to find out. Now I have no problem eating without wheat, and I want to help other people afford everything they need by raising money.
