Good Morning Dear Friends!
I am wondering if you will help us to support Children's Hospital Colorado and help patients like Chase? Chase was born 2 months early in full cardiac arrest and spent nearly 3 months in the Children’s Hospital Colorado NICU.
Last year, Chase asked his mom, Laura, if he could ride with her in the Courage Classic Bicycle Tour. Given his medical challenges, this was no small feat, but Chase was determined to learn to ride a bike. After a lot of hard work (and falls), Chase rode with Laura's Durango Derailers Team of family and friends across the Courage Classic finish line -- a true testament to his courage and strength against all odds.
Chase will not be the last child to face a life-threatening illness, and his family will not be the last to navigate a frightening diagnosis.
The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but more importantly an opportunity to support positive outcomes and healthier futures for children in Colorado. This year Carol and I have committed to riding our bikes 80 miles in the Rockies on July 17th to give some children hope for their future.
Please help us conquer the Rocky Mountains and help transform some unfortunate kids’ lives and health through Children’s Hospital Colorado. Your help will create a better world for children, dollar by dollar, pedal by pedal, one mountain pass at a time.
