Hi Friends!
I am riding in the 2020 virtual Courage Classic bike extravaganza to raise money for Children’s Hospital. Because of COVID the event will not be held in the mountains this year, but it will become whatever the participants want it to be. Last year I rode the Vail Pass route and served as a volunteer. This year I'm riding two Denver/Metro routes which will take place July 18th & 19th. My goal is to ride the entire Clear Creek Tail and Platte River Trail both ways. My team continues to be the dedicated ”Cardiac Climbers” in support of children with heart challenges.
My inspiration is my nephew Quentin Moore.
Quentin was born with a serious cardiac defect and had surgery at Children’s Hospital Colorado when he was 5 weeks old. The surgery was difficult and he had some complications, but Quentin pulled through and is a happy 7 year old today. I am so grateful he is in our lives.
The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to support positive outcomes and healthier futures for children.
Something I hate to do is ask for money but that is what I’m doing now. Please consider donating to this cause so near and dear to many of us. It’s very easy to donate just go to this link and make a pledge.

Eternally grateful,
