I am excited to let you know that this summer I will be riding in my FIFTH Courage Classic bicycle tour benefiting Children's Hospital Colorado. Over the next few months I will train to conquer mountain passes that make you breathless, but getting to the top of the pass at over 11,000 feet is such an awesome experience and to know you are doing it for the kids makes it even more exciting and rewarding  

This year I once again joined  a team named Wheels of Justice,where all donations will directly be given to the Childhood Cancer Department at CHCO.

Martha was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, and given a 25 to 30 percent chance of survival. Thanks to her positive attitude and the care she received at Children’s Hospital Colorado, she conquered cancer.

Martha will not be the last child to face a life-threatening illness, and her family will not be the last to navigate a frightening diagnosis.

The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to support positive outcomes for kids and families who rely on Children's Colorado for care.
