I am riding the Courage Classic for the third time this year for Children's Hospital Colorado. I'm on the Wheels of Justice Team, which specifically supports our Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. I am lucky to work in an amazing place that cares for the sickest children with the most challenging diagnoses in the seven state region around our hospital. As a childhood cancer physician and researcher, I could not be prouder of the work we do to help our patients and, through our research, kids with life-threatening illnesses all over the world.
Thank you for visiting my page and considering supporting my ride. Everyone's support really inspired me through the 160 miles and 10,000+ feet of climbing last year. Even though our team won't be together for this year's ride, you will all be with me as I ride through the foothills and mountains near Boulder! You are helping fund many of the crucial parts of the care we provide our patients, and it's more important than ever this year to keep up our efforts despite the pandemic and economic challenges. I know things are tough for everyone, and I'm very grateful for your support.
