Dear Friends and Family,
I rode the Courage Classic this year for kids like the teenage boy who spoke at our team dinner Saturday. Mike took care of him when he came to the hospital and was diagnosed with aplastic anemia and hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis and finally underwent a bone marrow transplant. His story of his journey was incredibly inspiring, and he is starting college this fall.
The Courage Classic was both a personal challenge and an opportunity to support positive outcomes for kids and families who rely on Children's Colorado for care.
We are on the Wheels of Justice team, and the money goes directly to the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders for what they are doing to help families of kids faced with childhood cancer and bleeding disorders.
Please donate to one of our rides for everything Children's is doing to get kids healthy again - no donation is too small and every donation makes a difference!!
