I have always wanted to ride in the Courage Classic, but until this year, haven't been able to. This year, a group from our pediatric practice, as well as others from the Pediatric Care Network (a collaborative effort between community pediatricians and Children's Hospital, to which I have given much time and effort to over the past 2 years), will ride to raise money for Children's Hospital Colorado. The ride is 2 days (July 22 and 23) through the mountains around Vail. I will be be doing back-to-back 77 and 81 mile rides on Saturday and Sunday. Others will be doing shorter rides, but all will be raising money for the good work that Children's does for our community. Thousands of riders, including patients and their families, will participate.
I am supporting the Courage Classic for all the good work Children's Hospital does for my patients and so many others. Please join me in supporting Children's Colorado by donating to the Courage Classic.
The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to support positive outcomes for kids and families who rely on Children's Colorado for care.
