The 2020 Courage Classic ride has gone virtual this year as with many events have due to the COVID-19 impact and the need for social distancing without large groups. This year’s Courage Classic honors the bravery, grit, and perseverance of patients, families and caregivers, along with our determination to come together, even in the face of adversity, medical challenges, and a global pandemic.
It is incredible work in what Children’s Colorado continues to do during COVID-19 – research, caregiver relieve efforts and telemedicine – the hospital provides world-class medical care for children whose injuries and illnesses cannot wait. Sick kids don’t get to take a break from medical treatments, even during a pandemic.
This will be my seventh year, riding in celebrating with the first ever Courage Classic Virtual Tour, July 18th & 19th. While I know that so many things have changed in people’s financial and economic circumstances, I hope you’ll join me if you have the resources by making a donation (no matter how small) in supporting my Courage Classic as I go the distance for children’s health.
In advance, I thank you for your consideration and support.
